Steamed fish with vegetables

Here is my recipe idea for the day.
I did steamed fish with vegetables...I know, sounds pretty boring but with a bit of imagination it can be delicious !
I made a sauce with 80ml olive oil, grated zest of 1 lemon and salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over the fish. I used cod loin/dos de cabillaud, poured the sauce over and left it for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
Meanwhile, I chopped carrots, courgettes, celery and leeks, pop them into a blender and chop (so they cook quicker)
Take a large piece of baking parchment, put some of the chopped veg, then the fish, make a parcel. Repeat with the rest of the fish and veg.
In a steamer, filled with hot water, put in your parcels and steam for about 25-30 minutes. Check everything is cooked. In the meantime, with the remaining fish marinade, add the juice of 1 lemon, salt pepper and chopped parsley, whisk together.
Serve the parcels on a plate, pour over some of the lemony sauce...yum...
